1. About the service

EventSong AI is an online service that creates personal songs with AI. You provide the parameters and the lyrics, the service produces an audio recording.

2. Your account

An account is required: by email, Google, Yandex or Telegram. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe.

3. Credits and payment

Generations are paid for with credits. Credits are bought in packs and never expire. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the reserved credits return to your balance automatically.

4. Content of requests

Songs containing insults, hate speech or threats are not allowed, nor is using other people’s personal data without their consent. Requests are additionally checked by the AI provider’s filters.

5. Rights to the result

You may use the finished song for personal purposes: at your event, as a gift, in personal publications. Rights to the underlying AI models remain with their owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The service does not guarantee a specific artistic result: generation is probabilistic. Failed attempts are refunded in credits, other expenses are not compensated.

7. File retention

Finished recordings are stored for the limited period stated in your plan. We recommend downloading the song right after it is created.
